RESERVATION, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION CONDITIONS Accommodation reservations are not secure until 50% deposit from the guest/agent and written confirmation by the establishment is received. Any accommodation bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival require full prepayment to secure the booking. Bookings cancelled 45 – 30 days prior to arrival, 25% of deposit will be forfeited.
