Rates

RESERVATION, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

1. Accommodation reservations are not secure until 50% deposit from the guest/agent and written confirmation by the establishment is received.
2. Any accommodation bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival require full prepayment to secure the booking.
3. Bookings cancelled 45 – 30 days prior to arrival, 25% of deposit will be forfeited.
4. Bookings cancelled 30 – 21 days prior to arrival, 50% of deposit will be forfeited.
5. Bookings cancelled 21 – 14 days prior to arrival, 75% of deposit will be forfeited.
6. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival, 100% of deposit will be forfeited.
7. All Accommodation refunds are subject to a 15% administration fee.
8. In the event of premature departure, the full duration of the stay, as originally booked.
9. and confirmed will apply.
10. Refunds for accommodation bookings, are at the discretion of management and are.
11. dependent on the ability to re sell the rooms.
12. All rates are inclusive of 15 % VAT.
